Privacy Policy

What We Collect

Vohrel LLC(“we,” “us”) collects only what the platform needs to work:

• Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed by Supabase Auth; we never see the password itself).
• Purchase data — which Courses you bought, when, and for how much. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we only ever see the payment status and the last four digits.
• Learning data — your Enrollments, which Lessons you’ve completed, and your resume position in each video. This exists solely to power your progress tracking.
• Video playback data — Mux, our video host, collects standard playback telemetry (what was watched, buffering, errors) so videos stream reliably.
• Zola chat messages — what you type to the AI concierge is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the reply. We don’t permanently store these conversations.
• Support & inquiry messages — what you send through the contact form, so we can reply.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, and device type, collected automatically for security and aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics).

How We Use It

• To create your account, sign you in, and attach your purchases to it.
• To process payments and grant Course access.
• To remember your progress and resume position.
• To send transactional email (purchase receipts, account confirmations) via Resend.
• To answer your messages.
• To keep the platform secure and understand usage in aggregate.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising. Marketing email (like a newsletter) only ever happens if you explicitly opt in, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Services That Process Your Data

We run on a small set of well-known providers, each receiving only what their job requires:

• Supabase — database and authentication (accounts, Enrollments, progress).
• Stripe — payments.
• Mux — video hosting and streaming.
• Anthropic — generates Zola’s chat replies.
• Resend — sends transactional email.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides aggregate analytics.

All processing happens in the United States. If you use the platform from elsewhere, your data is processed here.

How Long We Keep It

Account, purchase, and learning data lives as long as your account does — that’s what makes lifetime access work. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires us to retain about past payments.

Your Rights

Email kynsaeh@gmail.comfrom your account address and we’ll honor any of these, usually within a few days and at most within 30:

• Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — fix anything inaccurate.
• Deletion — delete your account and personal data (note: this also ends your Course access, since Enrollments are attached to the account).
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

These apply to everyone, not just where GDPR or CCPA technically requires them.

Children

The platform is for adults and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we’ll delete it.
