The agreement between you and us when you browse the site, create an account, or buy a Course — written to be read, not skimmed past.
Aozora (operated by Vohrel LLC, based in Utah, United States — “we,” “us”) sells video Courses about building software with AI tools. These Terms apply whenever you use the site, create an account, or buy a Course. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a Course. The platform is not directed at children.
Buying a Course requires a free account, because your purchase is permanently attached to it. Keep your login credentials to yourself — you’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at kynsaeh@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Each Course is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. When your payment completes, your account receives an Enrollment in that Course. Here’s what that means in practice:
Refunds are covered separately — see the Refund Policy.
An Enrollment is a personal, non-transferable license to watch and use the Course for your own learning — including in your own work and projects. The Course content itself (videos, written Lessons, structure) stays our intellectual property. You agree not to:
Anything you build by following a Course — your code, your product, your tools — is entirely yours. The license restriction is about our teaching materials, not your work.
Don’t abuse the platform: no attempting to bypass video access controls, probing or attacking our infrastructure, scraping content, abusing the AI concierge, or using the platform for anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; if we terminate your account for violations, refunds are at our discretion.
The platform and Courses are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or any particular outcome from taking a Course — see the Educational Disclaimer. The AI tools we teach are made by third parties (such as Anthropic) who change them on their own schedule; we are not affiliated with them and can’t control those changes.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We’re not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost data, or consequences of decisions you make based on Course content.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, announced to account holders by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
