If a Course isn’t what you hoped, email kynsaeh@aozora.ai within 14 days of purchaseand we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to argue your case — “it wasn’t for me” is reason enough.
One honest limit: the guarantee is for evaluating a Course, not consuming it for free. If you’ve completed most of the Course (roughly 70% or more of its Lessons) before asking, we may decline the refund. Watching a handful of Lessons to decide is exactly what the window is for.
When a refund is issued, the Course’s Enrollment on your account is deactivated and the Lessons stop being playable. Your account itself stays open.
Past the window, purchases are final. That said, if something genuinely went wrong — you were double-charged, a technical problem kept you from watching, or similar — write to us anyway. We handle real problems like humans, not like a policy page.
Courses are one-time purchases with lifetime access — there is no subscription, no renewal, and therefore nothing that needs cancelling. You will never be charged again for a Course you bought.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — our refund process is faster than a chargeback and doesn’t freeze anything. Accounts that charge back a purchase instead of using the guarantee may lose platform access.
